Sales Process

  • Step 1

    OBLIGATION FREE MEETING WITH OUR CONSULTANTS

    We are committed to provide the best option according to your requirements. We don’t indulge in pressure sales tactics and don’t try to sign the customer on the spot. We only sign the customer after visiting the customer to avoid any last minute surprises.

  • Step 2

    QUOTATION

    Once we have visited you, we will send you an email quote with couple of options according to your requirements. We will send you design of solar panels and product specifications of the inverters, panels and racking system along with the quote.

  • Step 3

    PURCHASE CONTRACT

    Once you are happy with the quotation, we will send the copy of the contract which will have everything in detail. You can sign the contract on the phone, computer or request the consultant to come back.

  • Step 4

    APPLY FOR APPROVALS

    We will apply for approvals with Synergy on your behalf. Usually it takes around 2-5 days depending on your location.

  • Step 5

    DATE OF INSTALLATION

    Once all the approvals are in place, we will contact you regarding the date of installation. Once confirmed over the phone, you will be sent an email to confirm the installation.

  • Step 6

    INSTALLATION

    On the day of installation, our experienced team of installers (CEC APPROVED) will complete the installation in a professional way.

  • Step 7

    POST INSTALLATION

    Once installation is completed, we will send you all the relevant documents along with the warranties of products being purchased.

  • Step 8

    ONGOING SUPPORT

    Once you become part of the TDG Solar family, you can always contact us. We provide 5 years of whole system warranty and onsite warranty. Even after that period, feel free to contact us so that we can assist you.
